One agent, one allowance

WhatsApp is live today and sells end to end. Instagram DM and Messenger are built and will run the same persona, the same product knowledge and the same monthly allowance — but you cannot connect them yet. We have not requested those permissions from Meta, so there is nothing to switch on, and we would rather say that than sell you a channel we cannot deliver.

Instagram DM

Built · not open yet

Written and tested: it answers product, price, delivery and policy questions in your voice, reading your live catalogue, then sends the buyer to WhatsApp to order. Our Meta app is approved for WhatsApp only — the Instagram permission has not been requested, so there is no switch for it today.

Messenger

Built · not open yet

The same agent on a Facebook Page, with the same deliberate limit: it answers, and nothing is confirmed, booked or paid in a Messenger thread. Waiting on the same missing Meta permission — and when it lands it will be a button in your dashboard, not a call with us.

One WhatsApp number is one customer, so a conversation, an order and a delivery always line up against the same person. When Instagram and Messenger open they will answer in the same voice and read the same live catalogue — but they will carry no order tools: no address check, no draft, no confirmed order, no payment. They hand the buyer over, and your customer list stays one list.
