Dihyah Raj (“we”, “us”) builds AI agents for conversational commerce. Our flagship product, WSend, lets businesses serve their customers on WhatsApp using officially approved Meta WhatsApp Business technology. Contact: dihyahraj.com@gmail.com.
Data we collect
Business account data. When a business signs up we collect the account email, business name, and the configuration the business sets (industry, language, payment rules, connected store and WhatsApp details).
Customer conversations. WSend processes WhatsApp messages sent to a business’s number — text and images such as product screenshots or payment slips — in order to answer, take orders and track deliveries on that business’s behalf. For this data we act as a processor for the business.
Commerce data. When a business connects its store (e.g. Shopify), we access products, inventory and orders as needed to find products and create orders the customer asked for. Delivery details (name, phone, address) are used to place and track the order.
Technical data. Basic logs needed to run and secure the service. Our marketing website does not use advertising trackers.
How we use data
Only to provide the service: answering customer messages, matching products, creating orders, validating addresses, handling payment confirmation per the business’s rules, and delivery updates. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer conversations to advertise to customers.
Security
Customer conversation content is encrypted at rest — our own staff cannot casually read business chats. Store credentials and access tokens are stored encrypted. Each business’s data is isolated from every other business on the platform.
Sharing
We share data only with the services required to deliver the product, acting on the business’s instructions: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) to send and receive messages, the business’s own commerce platform (e.g. Shopify), courier services chosen by the business for delivery, and our AI model provider to generate replies. Each receives only what it needs.
Retention & deletion
Data is kept while the business account is active and as needed to provide the service. A business can request deletion of its workspace and associated data at any time — see our data deletion instructions or email dihyahraj.com@gmail.com. Customers of a business should direct requests to that business; we assist the business in fulfilling them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We respond as quickly as we can, and always within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be announced to registered businesses by email or in the dashboard.
