Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using any Dihyah Raj product (“the Service”), you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

WSend is an AI selling agent that converses with your customers on WhatsApp, finds products, creates orders in your connected store, applies your payment rules and shares delivery updates. AI-generated replies are automated: you are responsible for reviewing your configuration and remain responsible for your business’s commitments to its customers.

3. Your account

Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information and have the authority to connect the WhatsApp number, store and other services you link.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business communication with customers who have contacted you or opted in, and to comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and other Meta platform terms, as well as applicable law. Spam, harassment, deceptive practices and illegal content are prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension.

5. Fees

Current pricing (including any free tier) is shown at signup or on our website. Prices may change with reasonable notice; continued use after a change means acceptance.

6. Data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it is protected. For your customers’ conversation data we act on your instructions as a processor. You warrant that you are entitled to have that data processed this way.

7. Availability & disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We depend on third-party platforms (Meta, commerce platforms, couriers, AI providers) and are not liable for their outages or policy actions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform, its users or their customers.
